If you sign up for the online access, you will receive a few automatically generated support emails. You may receive a letter or email from us personally to find out how you are doing with the program.

You may be required to have a PayPal membership to purchase the CD or online access, since that's who we use to process our payments payments.

We may send an occassional email to you to let you know about new services that we offer, and you may opt out at any time.

Since we use an independent processor (PayPal) to take care of credit card payments, we do not have access to, and therefore do not store, any financial information of any kind about you.
